Roles & Responsibilities
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant to join our team. As a Supply Chain specialist, your mission will be to collaborate closely with clients, implementing and maintaining critical Supply Chain functions. By leveraging industry-standard processes, you will drive cost reduction, enhance customer service, and establish efficient collaboration frameworks. Technology serves as the enabler, but it is your expertise and experience that truly set you apart.
Your responsibilities encompass delivering comprehensive business process and application consulting services. From process design to application configuration, testing, and client training on either SAP, Infor or Microsoft software, you will adhere to standard implementation methods. Your ability to build enduring, successful business relationships with clients and provide industry best practice recommendations will be crucial.

Role specific skills:
- Strategic Oversight: Review and enhance supply chain strategy, including methodology and processes.
- Reporting and KPIs: Generate reports to aid management in understanding logistics performance.
- Performance Metrics and Supplier Analysis: Develop and maintain Supply Chain KPIs and operational metrics. Monitor supplier performance and corrective actions.
- Forecasting and Planning: Implement projections for production and inventory goals.
- Logistics Assistance: Manage new product development, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipments, returns, and deliveries.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain a detailed inventory database.
Cost-Efficient Procedures: Research optimal shipment methods. - Inventory Optimization: Ensure accurate stockroom inventory levels to meet production and engineering needs while managing operating capital resources.
- Team Development: Train and assess fellow Supply Chain team members.
Supplier Management: Evaluate proposals, negotiate prices, track orders, verify delivery, and maintain records. - Vendor Relations: Foster positive relationships while aligning with Customer values.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams to organize inventory databases.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain operation
