RFI (Request for Information)

A Request for Information (RFI) is a business inquiry document used by procurement teams (buyers). Its purpose is to gather information from vendors or suppliers about their capabilities, products, or services. An RFI doesn’t cover specifics like price, budget, or timeline. Instead, it focuses on understanding available options and empowering the buyer to ask relevant questions as they move forward.

If you receive an RFI, consider it an opportunity to showcase your offerings and provide valuable to the buyer!

The RFI serves two purposes:

  1. Exploration: It allows you to explore options and gather information. The organization wants to know which businesses are best suited for the job. This is your chance to shine—showcase your capabilities!

Description

At Centica Sverige we work with all aspects of business transformation and transition related to ERP systems. Whether it’s to drive optimization and/or add new capabilities for specific process areas, or spanning end-to-end core business processes. We support our clients through different types of projects: Digital Transformation, integrations, migrations, and Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA), staffing, and succession management. We are committed to being a highly efficient and well-connected advisory and resource partner for our clients, supporting their digital transformation and overall business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a project manager with us, you will work with different types of projects, business/system development projects, transitions and transformation projects, related to the ERP System and in this case Infor-M3 in particular.

The role might involve travel, both domestic and international.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience within the ERP domain.
  • Project Management certification or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: An ability to convey complex ideas succinctly.
  • Analytical Acumen: Dive into data, extract insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable Leadership: Lead with confidence, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Infor M3/CloudSuite Experience:
    • Must have end-to-end experience in on-prem M3 and/or CloudSuite implementation projects. 
    • Should have knowledge of Infor Deployment Methodology.
    • Experience working with Offshore and Onshore teams.
  • Adaptability: Embrace change and pivot when needed.

Centica Sverige AB have signed a 2-year agreement with Örebro SportKlubbs Women’s football team as an official Partner.

The team advanced last autumn up to “Elitettan” second division in Swedish football.

Swedish Woman football is leading in the world. But looking at the situation for the girls/women to practice the sport it is very cumbersome. Why is that? Good question, if you compare the situation with men in same level of series, the girl/women have less than 10% of the salary that is paid out to a man. This means that a girl playing in the Second league in Sweden, need to at the same time take extra work for the living. Average salary for a man is 35 000 SEK. For a girl/woman is average salary 2 500-3 500 SEK, but if you look at the situation regarding training games and so on it is mostly the same. And to be honest in the game, there are very few girls laying down on the ground shouting and rolling around as they were going to die. I have been following senior woman football the last 5 years and never seen something like this. I have seen some tendencies of the same in the south of Europe, but really hope this will not happen in Sweden.
