Roles & Responsibilities

In our relationship with customers the Solution Architect designs and implements technology solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. They serve as a liaison between technical and business aspects, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, identifying suitable technologies, and proposing feasible solutions. Solution Architects collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to create efficient systems

The role might involve travel, both domestic and international.

• Cross-Pillar Expertise: Deliver complex solutions using SAP products.
• Consistency and Standards: Ensure consistency across solution components and uphold design/development standards.
• Resolution Skills: Breaking down complex problems for effective communication.
• Client Engagement: Leading architectural discussions with clients, identifying critical paths, and defining solution roadmaps.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology choices, implementation, and deployment.
• Implementation Experience: >2 implementations across business process areas, from start to handover in one or more of: Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Sales, Management, Service, or Rental.
• Change Management: Manage solution architecture changes due to requests.
